At this point, my logical guess is that the Government is not submitting DATA on time in an ATTEMPT to accumulate and alter the numbers.
It reminds me of the election. Delays followed by unusually high results in the places they need to forward their AGENDA.
I will keep reporting what is available. However, be aware that until three weeks ago every state reported on time every time. Now all of a sudden three or four days will go by with no DATA to then be followed by huge SPIKES in the REQUIRED STATES to create the impression of a PANDEMIC OUTBREAK.
