This guy is not my favorite and I often feel he is a 'little knee jerk reaction'.
However, his information on how if things get desperate chaos will happen is pretty accurate.
AS for the when. If he has been told by LEO intel it's worth keeping in mind.
My personal opinion still remains the same. There will be no election in 2022. For that to happen I have only one scenario. 'Martial Law'. How we arrive at that point really doesn't matter.
